Termites

Because a home is usually the largest investment a person makes, protecting it from damage is very important. Termites cause billions of dollars in damage yearly.

The most common type of termite is the "Subterranean" termite.  Subterranean   termites have an insatiable appetite for wood and other cellulose containing materials like paper on sheetrock.

Subterranean termites have the "flying termite" or "winged reproductive".  They may also be referred to as "swarmers". Many times ant swarmers can be confused with termites, but may be identified upon closer inspection. Below you will see the obvious differences between ant and termite swarmers.
